Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Used or pre-loved items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or not as described.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued via bank transfer to the account you provide.
